No heard of it. I have seen several candidates getting appointments from multiple academies on this forum.

Absolutely not. Each SA is an independent entity and makes its own decisions based on its own criteria (even though their processes are similar). One’s assessment of and decision on you has zero bearing on the others.

To received multiple SA appointments, I think the key is to earn separated nominations for each SA you apply, which is very hard for some states. I am sure all of them share one medical qualification from DoDMERB.

Both are correct. The answer to your question is "NO."
Understand that you asked about "appointments." If you are offered an "appointment" by all 5 Academies, you select one and do the courtesy of notifying the others of your decision.

Nominations, are a different story and yes. DoDMERB applies for all Academies and ROTC programs

No...in fact it’s very common. Additionally, so are parallel applications to ROTC scholarship programs.

No, our son had his choice of WP or USAFA. Our congressman let him choose which he wanted the nom for.
