Hello,

I have been trying to join the army for about a year now. They are asking for my HAAZ levels. I nor my doctor knows what that is and my recruiter is has no idea either. Any help would be great. Thank you in advance

I suspect you are trying to enlist, correct? Who are “they” that are asking for your HAZZ levels. If it’s not the medical section of MEPS, the Chief Medical Officer, or the Fee Based physician, it’s a bogus question OR you may not have understood what was being asked. “IF” you have a copy of a written document, I can DEFINITELY find the answer for you. Send as an attachment to me at dodmerb_saforums@yahoo.com. “IF” it was only verbal, you need to ask whomever it was that was asking to describe exactly what they mean.

Yes, am trying to enlist And it was requested on the pre screen sheet under additional notes. Also I have sent you the attachment. Thank you for answering
