My wife and I are planning on dropping off DS for R-Day and will be flying to Newark. Do I book his flight with our flight (even though his will be a one-way ticket)? I understand he will reimbursed but wasn't clear if we book flight or WP does this. Thanks

It is my understanding if he travels with you you book the flights and if he travels by himself then West Point books the flight and they pay for it

You book the flight. Your son will apply for reimbursement for his portion of the travel.
Do you know his report time yet? If he has an early report time (i.e. 0600) you will definitely want to fly in the night before and arrive in the USMA area that day prior.

We booked the flight for our 2020. He/she will also get reimbursed for one night hotel fare. Our 2020 took the receipts and during Beast he filled out the paperwork. Money was deposited into his account about 2/3 of the way thru Beast and he paid us back at R-day

I'm flying out July 2 by myself. Does anyone know what time I should book the flight to NY and how to arrange for the hotel shuttle to pick me up from Newark? I'm doing the package that comes on the portal.

Cobalt, they book it for you. It's in the packet...you turn in that you want that service and they do it all.

If you go to the travel preference on your portal and fill it out they will book it for you
