hey I was wondering when is info due for the AFROTC rated boards? One of my cadre said all the info was due some time in Jan and the results came out in Feb. Does anyone have exact dates?? Thanks for all the help!
 
Last year they were due like right now. Why do you ask?

I'm asking on behalf of a fellow cadet. They did not take the TBAS yet and asked me when it was due by. I told them I thought it was soon but one of our tech sgt said February. I was just wondering because if that's the case I can get more flight hours as well. I just thought every thing was due some time in January. Is that the case like flight hours/TBAS/afoqt are all due in January and then boards are released in February
 
Looked back at my emails and this is a quote from cadre, "Flying hours must be accrued before 1 Jan. Flying hours obtained after 1 Jan will not be used to update the PCSM score for the Feb board." Other information can be updated for a couple weeks after that as I had to change something on Jan 13th last year.

Am I the only one a little confused?

Schedule TBAS ASAP to ensure scores are updated NLT 20 Jan 17. Than a little later down it says 6 JAN 17 last day to update PCSM (TBAS and flight hrs).

So how do you update up the TBAS until 20 JAN if the last date for PCSM is 6 JAN.

I have to say I thought it was strange that mafd stating his fellow cadet had yet to take the TBAS this late into the game.

Yeah, that's really odd. Sounds like this cadet should go to cadre and ask.

Maybe it means that you can take the TBAS up until 20 Jan. However, any flight hours that you have will not count towards your PCSM( since it's after 6 Jan).

Thats correct. Data can be entered into WINGS up until 20 Jan but flight hours received after 6 Jan don't count towards PCSM scores.
