Agree with Middy B. If you look at last year's thread there were 1 of 2 that posted that waited until late May/early June.
 
The last few years it has been Admission's stated policy to have notified all candidates of their status by 15 April so that they make their plans for the next academic year whether at the academy or some other school. When any one candidate receives a TWE will depend on that candidate's personal viability on the slates on which he or she is nominated. Usually close to 15 April those candidates who have been selected for waitlisting will be notified of that fact. Other than that there are too many variables to project precise dates for issuing TWE's. Best wishes to you and your fellow candidates; things are going to get crazy hectic in the next few days.
