I received a request for a remedial because of a concussion that I had during my junior year. I filled out the form and emailed it to my assigned representative in January. After a few weeks, my status was still set at awaiting receipt for remedial. I started emailing and calling DODMERB and the assigned representative but I have been unable to make any progress. Now that the website is down, I cannot see my status. I figured that it could take some time but I am worried because it has now been two months and I still have not seen anything new. I am debating whether to call/email again. Could somebody either direct me to a good number/email to contact about this or offer some other advice please.
