cystic acne ???

i have no idea what they want me to do i have never been to a doctor for this so there is no paperwork to turn in what should i do now ??

If you have never seen a doctor for it, obviously that would be something to note. IMPO I would make an appt with a dermatologist, and have him/her look at it...of course making sure he/she states "has no prior appts for this issue"

You could always give the dodmerb help desk a call, I'm sure they would have a better answer for you.

Did you check the box "prescription medication for acne" ?

I recommend you do NOT see a civilian dermatologist. First, that may signal you have a medical problem when you don't. And, second, civilian MDs (other than those working on behalf of the military) have little idea what the military cares about -- which may be different than what the civilian world cares about. Thus, a positive report may not help and a negative report may well hurt.

Call DODMERB and explain your situation. There are people available during business hours to answer your questions and provide directions.

If they want you to see a dermatologist, they'll arrange for it.
