Remedial

My RC from West Point sent me a email stating I had a remedial from my initial exam. Then, I got a message from my field force officer to check into it. I checked my West Point Candidate Portal, and it was updated to remedial. But, I then logged onto DoDMERB and it still says I am under review for AROTC and West Point. Where do I find out what I need for the Remedial and the codes?
