They final posted the remedials and now they are asking for repeats of the PIP and Falants why? And we filled out the form on the head injury but it didn't clear any reason that wouldn't have cleared?

Thanks for your insight

justawife,

I don't know why they would be asking for the head injury questionnaire again, it could have been an oversight by the reviewer. Best bet would be to call DoDMERB and find out from them.

As for the repeat FALANT and PIP tests, the ones that were sent in previously might have had some questionable information, again, the best bet would be to call DoDMERB and find out from either the secretary or the reviewer what the issue with the color vision was.

The DoDMERB phone number is 719-333-3562. At the first menu select option #1 (service academies and ROTC programs), at the second menu select #1 for Army, #2 for Air Force or #3 for sea services (Navy, Coast Guard, Merchant Marine). The hours are 6:30 - 3:30 MST M - F.

Spoke with a Chief, he seemed as confused as I about the repeats on the vision tests. He had the falant that my son had taken, it was a pass so he told me to just wait a week to see if they clear. The head injury he told me was in the box of the Dr. to be cleared.

Thank you for your quick response
