Looks like you will! She came in from work (she had called me and told me) smiling and bouncing with excitement and her plans. I didn’t cry in front of her, but I couldn’t stop crying. I wanted her to stay close by so I could still see her for lunch or dinner. She is my oldest child, so it is a struggle right now. I have no idea about any of the things that need to be done or when things are supposed to happen so please feel free to message me and keep in contact. I need all the help. 🤪

Awesome news! It’s great to see them so excited! It’s tough though too - our oldest is 3 hrs away. We don’t see him that often but it definitely softens the blow a little (being somewhat close). I feel you! I’m struggling more with this decision because they leave so early, it’s so far away & knowing we won’t be able to see him very much 🥺🥺.

I found an old version of the “Logging in” packet - it doesn’t seem to change too much from year to year. The coach told DS this week to look into that & to focus on getting his TWIC card & passport situation figured out. He needs a new passport - current one will expire in 2 years. But…. he’s starting with the TWIC card first because he needs the passport for documentation. Then he’s getting a new passport. That’s about as far as we got 😂….
