Just a heads up for the class of 2022, be aware that you will be required to provide proof of immunizations. For our DD, she did not have all required shots. Several of these vaccines require 2 or 3 doses months apart. You can find a list of requirements in the Reporting Instructions for class of 2021 which is located at the bottom of the main USMMA page. I assume the requirements will be the same for 2022. Check now to avoid last minute issues.
