Retracting Dodmerb?

DS just got this email from USNA. He has completed and submitted his application and already had dodmerb physical and is waiting on Orthodontist to fill out the remedial form. He has logged in to check status almost daily. Did anyone else get this?

Dear Candidate,

According to our records, you have either never logged into your USNA application or you have not logged on since September 30, 2020. If you have logged on, you have completed only one document in your application. At this time, we are retracting your ability to get your DoDMERB physical.

Your USNA application remains open and we encourage you to continue on with your application as soon as possible. Once you begin making progress on your USNA application, your medical will be reinstated. Our application deadline for the Class of 2025 is February 28, 2021. Please note completion of your application does not include nominations and medical. If you have any questions, please direct them to your Regional USNA Admissions Counselor, not to DoDMERB.

Yes, my DD just got the same email. She has completed everything except CFA and has logged in everyday.
 
Yes, I also received this email but the only things I am missing are the BGO interview (I already completed the interview, but my BGO hasn't submitted the evaluation into the portal yet because there have been so many technical problems with the website), I am waiting for a final decision by DoDMERB (already completed the physical in August), and the nomination.
 
I received the same email, yet I completed my physical in August. My application is just missing the BGO interview.
 
I'm in the same boat. My application has been fully completed (transcripts, test scores, BGO interview, cfa, etc) since early October. This scared the crap out of me, glad that it's not an isolated email.
