I was rejected at one of my top choices for college but because of my 4-year ROTC scholarship the admission decision is currently in the process of being appealed...
I also want to contact my waitlisted schools and inform them of my scholarship. However, these schools do not have ROTC on their campuses. Who should I contact? Would it be correct to, for example, contact Georgia tech. ROTC even though I would be studying at partnered Emory University?
