Hello All,
I was fortunate enough to receive a National NROTC Scholarship to my #1 choice. I have already been medically cleared to USNA, which I was turned down to. Will I have to go through the same process or can I bypass it since I have gone through DoDMERB before, and if so how do I bypass it. Thank you so much for your time and help!
Very Respectfully,
Nicholas George

When NROTC attempts to initiate the DoDMERB process they'll see your previous records from USNA and use that. You don't need to do anything. It happens automagically.

Agree with @kinnem.

Passing DoDMERB is a pass for any of the programs.

If you do NOT pass DoDMERB and require a WAIVER, then each program has it's own waiver granting process.

Thank you both so much. Just logged back into DoDMERB and saw Navy ROTC displayed as qualified.

The DoDMERB exam is valid for 2 years from the date of the medical exam...not the DoDMERB certification.:wiggle:
