Same provider, different address?

Hello all,
I have my DoDMERB exam coming up soon and they gave me a provider and a phone number to call I called them and they scheduled me at one of their other locations (same provider though) this location wasn't the address that DoDMERB gave me, but the same provider. Is it ok to still go to appt? Thank you!

Try to reach out to your DoDMERB tech... their phone numbers and emails are on the DoDMERB website. Worst case - don't provide your insurance information or pay any $ when you check in for the physical or eye exam. Confirm at check in that the exam is part of a DoDMERB physical.

Government systems are slow to update when contractors update administrative information.
