SLE Class 2023

I have been reading this forum for a while now. I filled out my SLE application the same day the portal opened. However, I had no received any notifications about acceptance or denial. I wonder is anyone have received an acceptance letter. I keep opening my candidate portal and all it says is SLE Status: PENDING (Jan 15, 2018).

In the same boat here as with about 10 others I’ve spoken with. I spoke with my regional commander on Monday and he said they will start coming out in a week (meaning this coming Monday.) As far as I know no one has gotten any correspondence but I will say if I hear otherwise!

USMA Admissions is dealing with Accepted Cadet Candidate files for the class of 2022, pending qualified files for the class of 2022 with another wave of offers coming soon, and SLE offers for the class of 2023!!!

They may take until April to get back to some of you...hang in there!

Hello everyone from Arkansas! I am awaiting to hear back as well. I am anxious to hear back as well but in the meantime I am prepping other activities for the summer. I have got my Girls State set and awaiting for Arkansas Governors School. If I am not selected for an SLE program from any academies, I am going to physically prepare. Also, I am going to strengthen my protforlio up during the summer so I can ensure making the selection committee tough to pass on me as a cadet.

No mail, no emails for me today however, GoArmy2022 said yesterday we all need to be patient. I just took my first ACT this Saturday therefore, the academy only has my PSAT scores. I'll probably need to wait until March.

Hello. I'm not entirely sure about this (don't remember which post), but I believe that I was told that SLE admissions roll out periodically on Fridays of each week.

I heard Fridays at about 4:00 EST is when they get sent out, so maybe this Friday (2/16/18)?

I still haven't heard about my SLE application, it's currently "pending". Yet, I did hear from the Naval Academy and was accepted to NASS for session 2. Good luck to all!
