SLE - What to wear their

What should my son wear to SLE for first day. Also will this be like their first summer where they will get yelled out?
 
Some khakis, a shirt, and some tennis shoes because they will be running everywhere. Yes it will be the first time because it’s the cadres Job to give the new cadets a taste of Rday.

Don’t sweat this. Wear something simple, casual, comfortable. Should be neat, not sloppy. With comfortable shoes. When DD arrived, she wore khakis and a polo shirt and sneakers. Fit right in.

More importantly, pack light. She had a soft bag that she could easily shoulder. When she and several others were speed-marched from the check-in table to the barracks, I felt badly for the guy hauling the huge suitcase and the girl toting the massive duffel.
 
Khakis and a shirt worked fine for week one here. Saw one guy with a suit and dress shoes on the bus... he must have been VERY sad when we ran off the bus to stand/run around in the rain for the next 4 hours.
