Doesn’t seem like it. Two threads talking about the same thing and seems like everyone’s has changed. My question is....is anyone not on "pending" status right now?
Again, is there anyone with a USNA application completed that remains at CPR? Or is everyone's status now "pending?"My question is....is anyone not on "pending" status right now?
I think you are likely correct. For DS, Application is complete with the exception of medical, but no appointment and his portal changed to pending. Would love to think it means something (maybe it does) but at this point he is ignoring it.Solitary "Pending" seems to be a new thing this year.
Two years ago, it was people changing from CPR to an LOA with no conditions on it. People soon realized this was the portal's way of bookmarking a coming appointment offer. When people realized that, there were a lot of happy dances on the forum from applicants (and parents).
My guess is this shift in status is a big fat nothing burger.
For DS, his portal went straight from incomplete to pending. DODMERB is still outstanding, and no nomination, so he doesn’t know what to think.Again, is there anyone with a USNA application completed that remains at CPR? Or is everyone's status now "pending?"
For anyone wondering what "pending" actually means, I believe @IronmanDaremo hits the nail on the head here. Carry on.My guess is this shift in status is a big fat nothing burger.
