you are missing the pt, the AFA can only have UP to 4400, thus, right now even removing 11, they are at a very high end.
You can't say well 25% typically leave, so let's go with that number. I don't have the numbers, but what if only 15% attrition is occurring?
The AFA would have to readjust the incoming class to reflect the most recent %.. So, 6 yrs ago 25% left, thus, they would have bigger class, 2,3 yrs now they have a 15% leave, that means they need to re-adjust.
Look, we went down this path 3 yrs ago and it absolutely is fearful. The only thing I can say to you is:
BEAACH all you want, cry, scream, vent, but just remember nothing you say.do will have an impact.
We all want our kids to get an apptmt. We want their dream come to fruition. It is out of your hands now, and now is the time to hang with them and relish these days.
Our DS in 18 months will be taking the oath, and I do regret just enjoying him throwing a dirty dish in the sink.
