South Carolina Parents and Students

Uhhhh.... hope things work out for your son. If he applied to Univ. of South Carolina and things don't work out with the academy, then you should know they have excellent xROTC units. I'm confident that with 4 noms he should do well with regard to an appointment. It ain't over til it's over and you have almost another month to wait it out.

EDIT: I meant to add that the most recent post on this thread, prior to yours, is 5 years old. You might want to pick a different thread next time. I think the others hear have left the building.
Thanks for the info... I believe you may have interviewed my youngest boy ( the one we are referencing ) and he dose have a 4 yr ROTC at USC or UGA and my older boy is coming as a Transfer student to USC ROTC as well. I definitely did not interview him. I'm just a civilian peon living on the beach in NC. My son attended University of South Carolina as an NROTC Marine Option. He commissioned and graduated almost 3 years ago now. We all loved the school and the NROTC unit. I had chances to strike up conversations with AROTC and AFROTC cadets and they all seemed like outstanding people.
