An appointee must update any changes to medical history with DoDMERB. Then comply with what they ask for. There comes a go/no go point where there is not enough of a healing window.Resurrecting this thread. If only going through PT for several weeks, does it DQ R-day? What should be the process wrt DoDMERB?
Wondering what is "changes to medical history"? If the hernia just healed after several weeks of rest and PT, and back to 100% activity, does it count as a change to report? An appointee must update any changes to medical history with DoDMERB. It’s part of the history now. Before, there was presumably no history of a sports hernia. Now, there is a history, and the change and outcome should be updated as part of the history.Wondering what is "changes to medical history"? Got it. That said, any doctor visit is a history and should be reported? Sorry for ignorance, learning a lot here. Thanks. It’s part of the history now.
