Think it's about time they update those rosters :rolleyes:
 
Admiral, crew is a two-season sport so they do have rosters but for some reason the Sports Information Director chooses not to post any info about the fall season. They usually don't put up the new rosters until early Spring.:confused:

Perhaps the Fall crew season is not considered a Varsity sort but a club sport?
 
It is a varsity sport, both seasons. Guess it's such a short season in the fall that they wait to update till spring.
Lots of talent came in with the Class of 2014 :smile:

NEW LONDON, CONN.--(1/22/11)--Junior Sarah Jane Otey and freshman Ali Stinner each won a pair of events leading Coast Guard to a 183-101 win over rival Merchant Marine on Senior Day, the final home meet of the season.

Otey won both the the 200 freestyle (1:59.82) and the 500 freestyle (5:29.49) while Stinner won both the 1-meter diving with 145.10 points and the 3-meter event with 128.25 points as the Bears improved to 3-5 on the season.

It was a total team effort for Coast Guard as seven other Bears won events as the team cruised to victory.

Sophomore Margaret Owens won the 1,000 freestyle (11:22.20), sophomore Elizabeth Kenis captured the 100 backstroke (1:06.98), freshman Alyssa Guminski won the 100 breaststroke (1:12.33), senior Trayce Womack won the 200 butterfly (2:21.50), freshman Hannah Walden won the 50 freestyle (25.66), sophomore Erin Talbot won the 100 freestyle (57.07) and senior Kim Shadwick won the 200 backstroke (2:12.31).

The Bears 200 medley relay team of Shadwick, Guminski, junior Jordan Mestemaker and Talbot also won with a time of 1:57.58.
