One of my teachers that I asked for a recommendation received the email from USNA, but is unable to open it. Has this happened to anyone else?

If they are still having a problem you can contact the Academy Admissions office and have them resend the email again. My son had to contact them on a couple and have them resent to individuals.

My son has had to ask his to be resent as well. They have all yet to receive any emails for USNA. Email addresses are correct, and they have checked their spam.
