I just received a 720 E and 650 M on my SAT and have a 30 on my ACT I’m planning on retaking both tests in October. Am I am able to send these new test scores after I submit my application?

Remember, the SA’s use super scores. If you feel good about a certain area you don’t have to study or even take that portion of the ACT/SAT. If you score lower the SA’s won’t count that section.

Are you saying that a student could actually leave a section blank? Not even do it if they are satisfied with a section?

This works if all your applications are to SA's. However, not all schools super-score. Some non-SA colleges focus on the most recent standardized test taken. Others may take an average of your various sittings. Either way, skipping a section could hinder your Plan B option.
