hey everyone!

does anyone have any helpful tips on how to improve your pull-ups and basketball throws?
I'm still struggling with my pull-ups especially.

I'm still struggling with my pull-ups especially.
With pull-ups I found that utilizing bands was very helpful especially after you tire yourself out without them. The basketball throw is a lot of technique so my best advice is to watch videos and practice. Goodluck and hope this helps!

Agree, this has been answered a lot, search and you'll get awesome information.
Pull ups, get a pull up bar in your room, or somewhere readily available, and do them any time you walk in or out. As many as possible, every time, just crank.
