As a junior, I am looking at every possible way for me to become an officer in the US army. USMA is my number one goal, but realistically, i also need to look into backup plans.
would it be too soon and early for me to look into AROTC scholarships? i have my eyes on University of Washington, the Citadel and VMI.
    thank you

It is too early. Late spring is when the window opens (I think it was April this year). WWW.armyrotc.com is the website, and you will have all summer to get your packet complete by the first board. First board this year was October. Keep your eye on this discussion board, and it is not too early to get in touch with the enrollment officers from your schools of choice.
