D is hoping for the USNA. Now she is talking about doing NROTC if she doesn't get in there. Is it too late to get a scholarship application in and have a real chance?
Will she have any advantage (at least in speeding up the application process) if she already has her fitness assessment and DOD medical stuff done because of her NA application?
She has an incredible GPA and very high SAT/ACT scores, as well as multiple varsity sports (including 3 years as captain and multiple MVP). She also wants to major in a tier 1 choice.
