Tough day

News of training deaths are devastating in their own unique way. Our thoughts go out to their loved ones and comrades who, instead of getting to proudly pin that tab on at Victory Pond, now have to process these unspeakable losses. I mourn for them as well.

Life is ironic. Its like when you hear someone in the military dying from a car accident or something mundane that everyone is subject to. Friends and family get apprehensive about someone joining the military because of the fear of getting killed in war or training accidents and yet they die from something so random like a tree. You just never know

A tough day indeed.

.
A lot of people are killed every year by falling limbs because of ice laying heavy on limbs after ice storms and freezing rain events.

Last year a woman was killed nearby cleaning up icy limbs that fallen on her property. A heavy limb fell and killed her.

… always wait for the ice to melt and wind to settle.

… but you can’t foresee everything … God has a plan for everyone … just try to live the best you can.
