Transfering Qualification

In November I was authorized by USAFA to take my medical test. I received my qualified status in the middle of December. USMA requested for me to take my exam early January. Do I need to retake my exam even though I qualified for USAFA? Or do I just wait for DODMERB to notify USMA? I can't find anywhere on the DODMERB website that would allow me to transfer my qualification. This the only thing left on my West Point app and I'm really anxious to get it done.

It will automatically go through. I you check the DODMERB portal it will say awaiting DODMERB review or Qualified. If it says awaiting review then DODMERB will have to look at it and then will qualify you. Once it says Qualified then you are just waiting for it to get in the USMA system. You can't do anything but wait right now. There is a huge back up at DODMERB right now but eventually you will get through the system.

You do not have to take the DODMERB again, however USMA will have to request that your DODMERB be transferred to them.
