Transferring a 4-year NROTC Scholarship

Good day all, I was curious if anyone could provide me some direction on how to go about transferring my Navy scholarship from one school to another. I am currently a freshman in college and would like to attend Embry Riddle University for the next year if at all possible. If anyone has gone through this process before and would like to share some advice, that would be much appreciated.
