Here's my problem. I applied to USAFA as well as USNA. Since I took the CFA for the Air Force Academy, I want to transfer those scores to USNA (it's the same test, after all). I know USAFA tells candidates how to do this from other service academies, but the Naval Academy doesn't tell how to do this.

I emailed my admissions counselor for USNA, but he hasn't responded yet (it's been 5 days). Does anyone know how to approach this? Because of Christmas break and my p.e. teacher's schedule, I would have to wait at least 3 more weeks to retake the CFA if I had to do that.

The easiest way will be to have your pe teacher enter your USAFA cfa numbers for USNA. You don't have to retake the test.

So I did the opposite. I took the CFA with USNA and then had it transferred for USAFA. I contacted USNA admissions office and asked them to fax my scores to USAFA and it worked so perhaps you should contact USAFA and ask them to send your scores over to USNA. It should work. I just let my ALO know what I was doing so be sure to tell your BGO. Also you can try contacting your Admissions Counselor for the USAFA and tell him about the situation.
