Trident Brass Info

I'm a hopeful for the class of 2025 and I play piano as a member of my school's Jazz Band. I heard from a midshipman I know that Trident Brass is the USNA equivalent, and I've read their description (found here), but I can't find any more information about them online. Could anyone familiar with the program give me some info? Thanks in advance.

You have found the right link.

During and after Plebe Summer, plebes get briefs on all the ECAs, club sports, auditions, tryouts.

Under Auditions at that link is the Music Dept number. You could call with your questions, but due to COVID, the office may not be staffed right now.

Look on YouTube to find performances.

In the mean time, you have given me a great excuse to post a Trident Brass special moment:

 
My 2nd favorite part (The guy standing in for Bruno Mars is outstanding) of that video is the Brigade Commander.
She looks like she's having a great time.

Thanks for the information! I'll be sure to look at their performances. The Naptown Funk video is incredible!
 
Here’s another. Use “USNA Trident Brass” on YouTube. Lots of them. The USNA Music Dept link also has videos of various performances of different groups.

 
Does anyone know if the MIDN have to bring their own instruments? DS has been renting.
