Politics played by all through the whole event and drama. I have lost faith in our elected officials acting for their constituents rather than the microphone and sound bite they can grab.

Very few national level politicians have ever looked out for their actual constituents ......... It's all about power and spotlight for most. Or, the belief they are entitled to pure dominance and autocracy for other(s).
