When do these usually come? Is it after April when all appointments have been offered or can it come earlier?
 
They can come at any time. If you review the Class of 2023 appointment folders you will see that there will be a big wave as they approach the end of the admissions cycle but if an applicant is earlier deemed not likely to receive an appointment they will be notified.
