Does anyone have any idea when the majority of TWEs and BFEs come out? I have a solid backup plan, but I want to know if I got accepted or denied so I can make a commitment and move on. I am not really that anxious about the results I just want to know so I can focus on Clemson or USNA.

April 15 is goal date for Admissions. (14th probably since 15th is a Saturday).

Between now and April 15th.
It is much more probable you will receive a portal update or email before receiving the snail mail (BFE/TWE).
from my experience of 2 twe's, in april it can happen as a single twe email or a wave of twe emails. as you get closer to 15th, there will be a majority of twe "waves" happening. you can check saf to see if any parents/applicants are in those waves or when the waves occur so you can check your portal to see if you were a part of that wave.

Any candidate admissions has found to be not competitive this cycle, such as failed CFA, not qualified academically (USNA doesn’t share this), or someone that just at this stage isn’t as competitive as others by a margin that can’t be made up may have received a TWE by now.
It’s out of your hands. It’s a painful wait, but part of the process. And USNA may try to reach that 15 April goal, but not all will know by then.
