Two pairs or one pair of boots

@brovol - I could see those sad Navy faces up close when we took the subway back to our hotel. So very sad. And it felt good to begin to thaw out! Fun memory. Trying to buy tickets today - wish me luck!!

We sat with many sad Navy fans at dinner while we strutted the Army swag. Such a fun game with the snow. Got tickets today and hotel reserved already. GO ARMY!
 
Please. I had seats in an awesome section on the squid side of the field. Someone I admire greatlymfinally said, ‘You have to stop. It isn’t appreciated.’ With the poor weather I managed to neither look cute or be warm. It was awesome. Go Army! Beat Navy Again!
About the shoes... #3 May never have broken in his shoes sufficiently to realize they did not fit... so that candid pictures of him on R Day when he was wearing the low quarters w the PT gear, observant friends said, ‘those shoes are too big!’ #3 later told me that the boots were also too big so he just wore the shoes and boots he was issued.
Guess what? He was fine. They can show up w nothing or with an inadequate supply of things—like socks and they will be fine.
