Underweight

Hardboiled eggs are one of my go-to snacks, along with sunflower butter (allergic to peanuts) on celery. Easy grab-and-go protein. And, unlike peanut butter, sunflower butter doesn't cause inflammation in the body. Congrats and good luck to you!!!

I personally like to make smoothies with spinach (lots of it since I have low iron), frozen banana, unsweetened almond milk, a couple scoops of protein powder (chocolate), peanut butter, and chia seeds. One of my favorite snacks when I'm hungry and scared to ask my mom what's for dinner.

Today, I found that I am about 26 pounds underweight for a normal 6'0 male based on Air Force standards. I knew that I was originally about 8-10 pounds underweight last time I checked about three weeks ago and am unsure of how I lost so much weight so quickly. How can I bring my weight up while also simultaneously developing muscle mass and not body fat?
My son had a similar issue when he went in to BCT, and they put him on Ensure Plus drinks to keep his caloric intake up, particularly during basic so that he wasn't losing even more weight, and he actually started to gain weight which was difficult for him previously. They will take good care of you when you are there. I wouldn't stress too much about it. Your situation is not THAT unique

Confirming with @USAFADAD20 on nutritional supplements - my DD was issued Boosts 3/day and was very popular at Jacks Valley since they were not allowed snacks in the tents (but Class of 2025 will be in structures) so she shared her Boosts with very hungry fellow Basics.
