Update to MiCare registration (Appointee Kit)

The USAFA Cadet Clinic has published an update to the MiCare flyer on your portals. The update addresses the problem many have had in registering.

The URL to access the MiCare site has changed. If you have had problems, please download the new flyer and try again.

The updated flyer is already there. You have to look close to see the difference -- the only change is the URL to visit. The original flyer listed the URL as "https://app.relayhealth.com", the updated flyer has "https://app.mil.relayhealth.com".

Use Zip Code 80841

When I searched under 80841 I saw it and selected it and it showed that the provider was pending. Then I logged off and logged back in and the provider was gone, so I searched again and it was no longer there. I sent an email to them and they got back with me saying they did see that we had selected MiCare In Processing Provider. They also stated that it would take about 3 days and the provider would accept it and the status would change from pending. So that's where we are right now. If I were you I would call The Relay Health Tech support at 1-866-735-2963 or send them an email. Hope this helps.

You have to specifically find the one that says MiCare In Processing Provider, Cadet
This is what people are having trouble finding. When I changed the zip to 80841 I found it and clicked on it and actually just received confirmation that it went through. It will show pending and then you get confirmation that you were verified and accepted. But again, some are having problems finding this provider and that is the one you need to choose. So if it doesn't come up under 80841 then you should email or call them.

For the MiCare registration, it says to put 80840 as the zip code. What would I put for the street address on the registration page?

No promises but this is what worked for DS.

After attempting to use the original URL and getting nothing in the search list, he used @Insiders updated URL "https://app.mil.relayhealth.com" and re-registered by filling in all of the fields again and entering 80841 as his zip code. In the Provider Search field he entered the full phrase - MiCare In Processing Provider, Cadet and it appeared as an option to select. Good Luck.

Figured out why the updated flyer wasn't working. They did change the URL on the new flyer, but they never adjusted the hyperlink. So if someone (me ) just clicked the hyperlink and never paid attention to the URL on the page it sent you to, you still went to the defective page.

Thank you for informing us of the zip code to use to register. Does anyone know what to use as the address if yiu have not yet been issued a street address? Thanks for any information/advice.

I have been looking at the miCare registration and I get to the website and it asks for my address. The academy rep told me I use my PO box on my portal. Does anyone know when PO boxes will be assigned.
