Contact your Admissions Officer, DS was able to update items for USCGA. The worst they can say is no.

Admissions told me that they can't just add things you forgot on your application, but they can add things that may have been unexpected.

Generally no. But if you have activities that you did not know about when it was submitted, contact your counseling team.
