No, not for big stuff like essays, evaluations, etc. If you have some sort of recent big acheivement that you want admissions to be aware of, get your guidance counselor to write an email to your RC and tech, with no more than one bullet point. Allowing your guidance counselor to send the message legitimizes your resume. My counselor emailed both my RC and tech with a new acheivement and new (heavily delayed) ACT score, all after the deadline. They were added to my file without a hitch.

Thank you for the help. I recently became the Cadet Commander of my Civil Air Patrol squadron and wanted to add that.
