USAFA November 1 Deadline

Hello,
I am applying for the class of 2020, and have been given the early deadline of November 1st. My ALO said this is new this year.
Does anyone know what this means? Also, will I find out about my decision sooner?
BTW- My application is complete as of now.

It means your deadline is NOVEMBER 1ST.

There is now a four month deadline for everyone.

I don't know if you will find out early or not. Do not anticipate an LOA, nor be disappointed if you should not receive one.

It basically means that if you applied at a certain date, you will have to complete your application sooner which is new this year.
