Yes, my daughter's portal lit up the day after we received her BFE. She accepted online, immediately.

She is active duty right now though so it could be different for her.

First off, it's exciting to see the delight in those who have received word. I'm sure it must feel like a dream come true. For us Californians, the wait is tough. My DS has already heard directly from a friend he made during SLS of his appointment, and is anxiously waiting to hear if my DS will be joining him. Touches my heart that the bond between class of 2017 members is already forming. Good luck to those still waiting.
