I took my first Physical Fitness Test for the NROTC Marine Option Scholarship.
Pull-Ups: 20
Crunches: 92
Three Mile: 23:00
I'd say I did fairly well for it being my first PFT. Any tips on how to improve (especially for the crunches)?
