I took my first Physical Fitness Test for the NROTC Marine Option Scholarship.

Pull-Ups: 20
Crunches: 92
Three Mile: 23:00

I'd say I did fairly well for it being my first PFT. Any tips on how to improve (especially for the crunches)?
 
You should focus on improving your run time. You gain a lot more points by lowering the time.

And yes, you should also work on crunches.
 
Your scores are looking solid in the pull up and crunch sections. I recommend that you work on your running because during OCS between your Junior and Senior years you will be running constantly.
