I don't think anyone on this board knows more than you but given that you said you are new here - if you read back through this thread a few pages - that will get you up to speed.

I wonder if that includes decisions on waivers...for people who have conditional appointments. Perhaps more people were awarded conditional appointments and now must wait for the waiver...hummm:confused2:. I must say, this is an interesting process.
