Just talked to my BGO. He said that the USNA is not offering me an appointment from what he sees on his end. I don’t understand why some people got emails telling them there status and others they just left hanging. Well hopefully I get in next year. Off to the Unversity of Memphis on a ROTC scholarship I go for now.

My BGO told me a girl in my district accepted her appointment a week ago, and if I were a betting man I’d say I have a TWE some time coming in the future.

Get’s you prepared for the military lifestyle. You will not always know when you are deployed, when a certain task is expected to be done by, etc. Two summers ago I was informed a week before NSI started that I would be attending the program and I had to change around my schedule.

Just got a response to my email... it’s a “no”. They are still working to send out emails.

Ds just told me TWE. He can't reapply due to his age. He needed a color blind waiver.

I wish there was a community college to ROTC scholarship program. He couldn't apply to the ROTC scholarships due to him already being out of high school.

So sorry about the TWE. If he really wants to serve, there is always the option of enlisting.

Not sure. This was her exact email response:

“At this time, we are working on getting emails out still. I can tell you that unfortunately you were turned down from the USNA class of 2025 and the Preparatory School. I can help you re-apply for next year, if you are still interested.”
