USNA Candidate Academic Information Problems

I am entering in my Candidate Information file and I do not know how to complete the Candidate Academic Information or how to get the information for my school to send the official transcript. If I click "submit online" it says there was an error and that the resource was not found. This happens for my English and math teacher recommendations as well. I used both my computer and my phone but it is still not working.

Try different browsers while you're waiting for someone who has done it recently. Govt systems are notorious for being picky.

Internet Explorer tends to work the best because folks focus on testing with it.

I'm having the same problem. Every time I clink on the links I get a "DNS Address Error."

Internet Explorer is what I am currently using.

Double check your internet access, sometimes routers/ computer settings might block pop-up's or strange websites. If possible try using your cell phone data or a public library computer (tomorrow) to get to those attachments. Worst comes to worse you send an email to the advisor (and to put a positive spin on it) and make a good first impression

DS is having the same problem. He was able to start the candidate information over the weekend and submit English/Science teacher info but now the only link that works is the personal information. We've tried IE, Chrome & Firefox. Cleared cache, etc. and nothing. BGO was going to reach out to his tech guy so I'll update if we hear something back.

DS is having the same issue. He can get in to the Personal Data Record section. but gets and error trying to go in to the Candidate Fitness Assessment section and the Candidate Activities Record section. Hopefully someone here provides a solution.

Just got it to work again on chrome

I was having the same issue, but now mine has gotten worse. I just went to apply now to check if the other links were working, but the apply now link gave me a 404 Not Found error. I am using chrome.

DS app seems to be working this morning in Chrome. The "exit" button does not work. Does anyone know how long it takes for the teachers and guidance counselor to receive their emails once you submit the name and email addresses?

I recall the emails being almost immediate. I would give it 24 hours and check with teachers and guidance counselor to validate they received it (and remember what it is for, etc.).

1/2 teachers received the email. She checked junk and spam and it didn't find it. Maybe I can check with the schools IT Dept. this week. What would be the best way to change to a different email address? Do you call the admissions office? Thanks

Email your regional admissions counselor, they helped me with the exact same issue last year.
