So this is one thing we’ve been wondering- what is the difference (if any) between “complete pending review” and “pending”?

Is “pending” that waivers or noms etc haven’t been reviewed or updated?

Is one “better” or further along in the process than the other?

Pending for me at least meant that they hadn't reviewed my app. I got a CPR once they reached a decision on me. CPR is probably what you want to see.

Everyone has about a month and a half until the mass appointment/NAPS/Foundation/waitlist/purge day happens. More than likely, if you haven't heard anything yet, and are "Pending" or "CPR," then you will just have to sit back and wait. Its hard, but grasping at straws with IT updates isn't going to alleviate your stress level.

Kids? Go out for a run, work your alternate plans, and enjoy the last few months of school. You've done all you can at this point.

Parents? Sit down, get off your kid's portal, have a frickin' drink (or ten). There is zero you can do unless the Academy asks them for something else, and your kid is probably getting more stressed watching you stress.

I'm glad I found out now than waiting forever. Eases tension off my shoulders. Now waiting for NROTC!

Already off the portal and I think I am more relaxed now since its not too long before 15 April. My DS is happy with Plan B already in place. So whatever happens with Plan A, its a redirection at this point. Proceed with Plan B or Plan A. But I still want to see that java thing change when he gets an update. My curious mind is waiting....

Not to add to the portal checking, but one of my guys found out on a Saturday morning. Very early. And Mid-May off the waitlist. So don’t assume *only* 9-5 EST appointments!
