Maybe I should ask the mightly 8-ball if my DS's Math teacher will finally write his recommendation....I know we just asked last week but its stressful waiting on someone else to do something we need. still waiting!!

I thought everything had to be in by the 31st of January! My DS ran around like crazy and begged favors etc to get it all in and all the check marks by the 31st. This whole process is an enigma! You’d think going through it a second time would be better, but no. Seriously more confusing as I see more and more and understand more and more and it’s more daunting! Good luck all!!

Last week on Wednesday we got an email to change his Math teacher to this years teacher. We have been waiting on the new teacher to finish what was asked of him.

The application opened in early summer, no excuse not to get it done by the fall.

After checking obsessively last year and eventually getting the TD during The Great Purge of 4/12/2023, DD is only checking once each day. It is killing me but she won't give up the log in info. LOL. She is probably doing me a favor!

my DS graciously shared all his passwords to me even with civilian colleges. But because he saw the "effect" of SAs and this forum on my own sanity, he recently changed his SA passwords! And will remind me to chill like his dad. Haha. So now, in my free time, I just immerse myself here and wait for his update.

I kept an eye out for things like CFA clearance, but at this point I know he will find out via email or call before the portal, so no reason to check.

My DS has done everything on his own including the portal watch. I have zero access, nor would I want it. lol. I would probably drive myself crazy checking. My DS updates me when something major happens ….so this forum is my space to see what is going on daily in the appointment granting world. Thank goodness for this forum!!
