... so more power to you all. Please lock on Plan B with vengeance. We went through this for Class of 2026 (USMA rejected / USNA accepted). For us parents, many refer to allergic reaction after a turndown. For me personally, see ---> video.

Good stuff!

All I know is if you made it this far.... pending.......you are a quality individual ....it sure seems like the USNA wants you....but there are only so many spots....nobody wants to be the one who is left out....not picked....it sucks bad.....picked or not...it does not define you or your success.....if you are that one.........you will succeed ....no doubt

It's really hard to say, as the answer is simply it could be anything ...it's like a jigsaw puzzle or three dimensional chess, trying to make all the pieces fit asthey balance multiple variables.. including what will happen with outstanding offers, whether someone get a med waiver, etc. I have a couple candidates still pending., and for them I can see where either a wait list or decline is possible.
Thank you. I just have to wonder if there is any chance of direct appointment at this time. Sounds like the best case scenario is a waitlist offer or the dreaded TD.
