Our DD is in her first year at the academy now. Although I only read posts last year, I found the forum very helpful as we navigated the application process. I still visit, and hope to offer any advice to those going through the same experience. We live in Virginia (so we are near the academy) and we have experience with the Navy life (my husband served as well).
